That means Coach Nguyen is putting in the hours with you and cares about your development area just as much as you do. Additionally, as a woman minority owned business, TNM understands the nuances and barriers to advancement specific to those most underrepresented and has a deep interest in furthering the success of clients in need.

Who is TNM for?

Career Services: Students in internships, post grads searching for entry level positions, mid, senior, c-suite level professionals, and career switchers looking to transition into a different industry.

Management Consulting for Businesses: Start-up to large businesses including non-profit, public and private, and young entrepreneurs navigating the launch of their passion projects into long-lasting successful businesses.

Cost?

Career Services: Sessions are $40 per 45 minute meeting with unlimited access to text and email coaching.

Management Consulting for Businesses: Rate is on a sliding scale from $50 - $150 per hour depending on the project.
