I’m passionate about people and the work they do. I’ve built my career across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, spending much of that time helping others navigate their careers with confidence and clarity.

The Nguyen Method was created to continue serving my community and to support peers as they navigate the world of work. I’ve transitioned from roles in customer service, television and media, technology and advertising, culminating in a focus on workforce development within the nonprofit and public service space.
